2. Orders

Online ordering is available for select Sprinkles products. Additional products, custom cakes, catering, holiday items, or specialty requests may require you to call or otherwise contact the bakery directly.

Submission of an order does not guarantee availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, an obvious pricing or technical error occurred, payment cannot be processed, or we are otherwise unable to fulfill the order.

If Sprinkles cancels an order after receiving payment because we cannot fulfill it, we will arrange an appropriate refund of the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, order, and pickup information.

3. Prices, Taxes & Payment

Prices displayed on the website are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated and may change without notice.

Applicable taxes, fees, deposits, or other charges will be shown or communicated when appropriate.

4. Online Sales Are Final

Because bakery and prepared-food products are made, reserved, or prepared for specific orders and pickup dates, we generally cannot accept returns or provide refunds simply because a customer changes their mind, fails to pick up an order, or selects an incorrect pickup date.

Sprinkles is not responsible for orders that are not picked up on the selected or agreed-upon date. Availability of an unclaimed perishable order after the scheduled pickup period cannot be guaranteed.

Custom cakes, catering, large orders, holiday orders, personalized products, and other special orders may be subject to additional requirements concerning deposits, quantities, design approvals, deadlines, changes, cancellations, and pickup.

Any specific terms communicated to and accepted by you in connection with a custom or special order are incorporated into these Terms with respect to that order.

Customers are responsible for reviewing names, wording, colors, dates, quantities, flavors, sizes, and other customization details before approving an order.

7. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Ingredients used in our kitchen may include or come into contact with common allergens. Recipes, ingredients, suppliers, and preparation methods may also change.

If you or someone consuming an order has a food allergy or dietary concern, please speak directly with Sprinkles before ordering or consuming a product. Do not rely solely on website photographs, product names, or general descriptions when making decisions concerning a serious food allergy.
